Havre Police Department

Christina Mary Converse, 37, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. somewhere on 2nd Street.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 57, of Hays was arrested at a 1st Street business on charges of criminal trespass to property and criminal contempt after a caller reported a “male sitting on the bench drinking beer.”

Jesse Shane Valdez, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal contempt and minor in possession after a caller from a 2nd Street address reported this morning at 2:45 that someone was pounding on her the door.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Ashley Ann Bishop, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and shoplifting after someone from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a female shoplifter Tuesday at 12:20 p.m.

Deputies arrested Bridgit Rae Cowan, 26, of Havre Tuesday at 4:54 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Tuesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to one call Tuesday at 11:34 p.m. on the 1800 Block of 38th Avenue Northeast.
