Officers investigated after someone from a 9th Street apartment complex called Monday at 6:50 p.m. to report that a younger male with a “scraggly beard” and wearing a black beanie was looking through mailboxes and took items from one.

Jacob James Bauer, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station Tuesday at 8:14 a.m.

A caller from 2nd Street reportd Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. that the tires of a gray Mazda were slashed.

Officers investigated a hit and run crash on 2nd Avenue that involved a blue Explorer after someone reported the crash Tuesday at 10:13 a.m.

Officers investigated a report of theft after someone from a 1st Street West business called Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. to report two stolen tills.

Officers arrested Cole Young Bad Hawk, 21, of Rocky Boy on a state district court warrant Tuesday at 7:25 p.m.

Deputies made no arrests Tuesday.

Emergency fire crews responded to a call Tuesday morning and one Wednesday.
