The Hill County Health Department received funding under the general category of progress toward establishing and monitoring a performance management system.

The press release in its entirety was not in the paper, NACCHO provided that press release. The department will use the award for creating a leadership team that will be formed of the managers of all programs, to increase communication, education, and staff buy-in that will then create a performance management system that will be able to track the progress of our programs, and the performance standards that we have set up for each.
