Hill County 4-H has announced the winners of a raffle it held, proceeds of which will go toward the construction of a new Chuckwagon at the Great Northern Fairgrounds.
Hill County 4-H program recently drew the winners of the quilt and wall hanging.
The winner of the 58-inch by 60-inch quilt was Betty Rae Mowen of Havre; and the winner of the 35-by-35 inches wall hanging was Denise Reynolds of Kremlin.
The material for the quilt and wall hanging was donated by Bearly Square Quilting; the sewing of the items was donated by Ilene Parsons; and the quilting of the items was donated by Wanda McIntosh.
The quilt raffle brought in $450 which has been earmarked for the new Chuckwagon project. The members of Hill County 4-H said a "thank-you" to all who purchased tickets to support their Chuckwagon project.
