Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash called in Friday at 8:38 a.m. from a 2nd Street Northeast address reporting that someone ran into a building.

Officers investigated a report of theft after a female came to the police department Friday at 9:56 a.m. to report someone stole something from a vehicle two days prior.

Officers investigated a three-vehicle crash on 7th Street after someone reported the incident Friday at 1 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of shoplifting at a 1st Street business after someone called Saturday at 12:02 a.m. to report that a female was headed south on a beer boogie.

Officers investigated a report of theft after someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 6:35 p.m. to report that his “mother pawned his things.”

Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller reported Saturday at 7:40 p.m. that someone drove off without paying for gas at an 11th Street West business.

Officers investigated a possible assault after being notified Saturday at 11:45 p.m. by someone at Northern Montana Hospital that a “possible domestic had occurred.”

Matthew Isaiah Baer, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of non-aggravated partner or family member assault and two charges of criminal contempt after someone from a 10th Avenue address called Sunday at 1:24 a.m. to request medical care.

Erick Xavir Muniz, 23, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault after officers responded to an 8:46 a.m. Sunday call from a 9th Avenue address.

Officers arrested Tiffany Colleen Brockie, 35, of Havre after receiving a call Sunday at 8:49 p.m. from a 1st Street establishment, from where the calling party reported that she was being “harassed by a female.”

Brian Paluk, 30, of Lewisville, Texas, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after someone from a 1st Street business called Sunday at 10:03 p.m. to report that a possibly drunk man was cussing in the store.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s office dispatch log for the weekend was not made available due to the holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medial personnel responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday and three calls Sunday. Crews also responded to an alarm Saturday, which turned out to be a carbon monoxide detector malfunction.

A girl was born Jan. 15, 2016, to Kathie Secor of Box Elder.
