Officers investigated found property after someone from a 1st Street business called Thursday at 7:50 a.m. to report finding debit cards in the alley.

Officers responded to a 1st Street Northeast residence after someone reported Thursday at 9:44 a.m. that her apartment had been broken into.

Officers investigated a report of theft after someone from a business in the Atrium Annex called Thursday at 11 a.m. to report that a Kindle Fire was stolen off the counter.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after someone from a Wilson Avenue address reported Thursday at 11:59 a.m. that a vehicle had been vandalized and entered.

Crystal Dawn Moreno, 36, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and criminal contempt after someone on 2nd Street reported Thursday at 1:50 p.m. that they saw a male and female fighting.

Officers made two arrests during a motor vehicle stop Thursday at 3:55 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue: Crystal Dawn Horn, 43, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle fictitious plates and criminal contempt, and Sylvia Dawn Russette, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants.

Officers responded to a 14th Street address at 5:31 p.m. Thursday to investigate a motor vehicle crash that involved a 2015 GMC pickup truck and a Chevy Suburban.

Officers arrested Bo Bryan Michel, 18, of Havre on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after someone from Montana State University-Northern called Thursday at 11:43 p.m. to report marijuana odor.

An officer initiated the arrest of Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 57, of Hays at a 1st Street establishment on a charge of criminal contempt this morning at 12:13.

Deputies arrested Keenan Lewis Doney, 25, on three Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 1:42 p.m. at a 14th Street Northeast address.

Deputies investigated a report of theft after someone from a 7th Avenue address called Thursday at 5:29 p.m. to report that “someone stole some things.”

Deputies arrested Bo Bryan Michel, 18, of Havre this morning at 12:36 at the Hill County Detention Center on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs.
