Havre Police Department

Officers arrested Ryan Andrew Brand, 23, of Havre on a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Courthouse after someone reported Thursday at 7:28 a.m. there was a male with a warrant on the second floor.

Latrish Brithany Seals, 30, of Sacramento, California, was arrested on a criminal trespass charge Thursday at 1:40 p.m. at the Amtrak station.

Officers investigated threats to violate parenting plan after someone called the police station for assistance at 2:12 p.m.

Khiana Nicole Berg, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release after a caller at the probation and parole office reported Thursday at 4:04 p.m. that a female was “acting weird” and needed “to be tested.”

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 5th Avenue and 13th Street that was called in Thursday at 7:39 p.m.

Lejay Healey, 43, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of giving false reports to law enforcement after he called from 1st Street Northeast Thurday at 9:13 p.m. to report that a “female won't let him get his clothes out of her car” and called from 1st Street to report an intoxicated driver.

Diane Littledog, 31, of Browning was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after someone from a Washington Avenue address called this morning at 12:16 to report that “a female isn't letting him leave.”

Deputies made no arrests or investigations Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a call Thursday at 4:30 p.m. on the 200 Block of 7th Avenue. An elderly citizen was concerned her CO2 detector wasn't working. Fire crews verified that it was working and instructed the caller how to work it.
