Havre Police Department

Austin Cole Morsette, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported the police station at 8:10 a.m. Monday.

Officers investigated a theft from a 2nd Street West business after someone called Monday at 2 p.m. to report that a 1989 gray Chevy 4x4 was stolen off the property Dec. 27.

Seneca Lerae Tyner, 38, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, shoplifting and having an open container after a caller from a 3rd Avenue business reported suspicious activity Monday at 5:08 p.m.

Rochelle Lynn Jones, 28, of Hays was arrested on a charge of having an open container and on a Justice or City court warrant today at 2:51 a.m. on 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy served three warrants at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 5:12 p.m. Jacob Ryan Murie, 37, of Box Elder was arrested on two federal court warrants; Kyle Lee Lamere, 25, of Box Elder was arrested on a federal court warrant; and Memorie Chante Clark, 35, of Havre was arrested on a federal court warrant.

Fire department personnel had no emergency calls Monday.
