Arraignments held in state District Court in Havre

Stefan Hickel, who was arrested for allegedly ordering meth through the mail, Seth Mimm, who was arrested for allegedly bring large amounts of marijuana and hashish into Havre with the intent to distribute, and Jaret J. Blackcrow, who was arrested for allegedly fighting and hitting another man with a TV, all pleaded not guilty Wednesday afternoon at their arraignment hearings.

Hickel is being charged with attempted criminal possession with intent to distribute and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mimm is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession with intent to distribute, two felony counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, one felony count of use of possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture, a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor count of carrying firearms on a train and a misdemeanor count of carrying drugs on a train.

Blackcrow, 23, of Hays is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and partner or family member assault.

Judge Daniel Boucher has given the defendants and their public attorneys until Feb. 1 to establish arguments and set trial and hearing dates.
