Jacalyn Kannberg, 49, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of reckless driving, after a Wednesday 8:57 p.m. complaint that an orange Hummer was driving up and down the sledding hill of Montana State University-Northern and a 9:35 p.m. complaint at the police station that reporting party’s “ex-wife drove through his yard.” Kannberg was cited during a motor vehicle stop on 9th Street at 9:16 p.m.

Officers arrested Josh Allen Kirby for driving under the influence, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and “other” traffic crime, during a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 2:02 this morning.
