A domestic disturbance complaint came in at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday from a 16th Street West address, after which Christina Faith Eagleman, 22, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, violation of conditions of release and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a theft at a 1st Street business after someone reported that a faded red Dodge with a driver in a cowboy hat drove off without paying for gas Wednesday at 11:15 a.m.

James Allen Gardipee, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and transported to Hill County Detention Center after Rocky Boy officials reported him in custody at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a theft after someone called from a 2nd Street address Wednesday at 1:38 p.m. to report antique lawn mowers missing out of the garage.

Jacalyn Kannberg, 49, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of reckless driving, after a Wednesday 8:57 p.m. complaint that an orange Hummer was driving up and down the sledding hill of Montana State University-Northern and a 9:35 p.m. complaint at the police station that reporting party’s “ex-wife drove through his yard.” Kannberg was cited during a motor vehicle stop on 9th Street at 9:16 p.m.

Officers arrested Josh Allen Kirby for driving under the influence, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and “other” traffic crime, during a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 2:02 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A fight was reported at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 1:54 p.m.

Deputies, east of Havre, arrested Stacey Lynn Wood, 37, of Chinook on a charge of partner or family member assault after a 11:08 p.m. Wednesday call from Blaine County.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.
