Ryan P. Gallagher, 34, passed away on Dec. 22, 2015, at his residence.
Ryan was born on Nov. 2, 1981, in Havre, to Julie Gallagher and Kim Sutton.
When he was young, the family moved to Hawaii, where he was raised until 1992, when the family relocated to Libby. Ryan moved to Havre in 1994 to live with his grandparents, and his family followed a year later.
In 1998, Ryan spread his wings, moving to Great Falls to work as a CNA, first at Benefis and then at Beehive Homes.
He returned to Havre in January 2015 to help care for his grandfather, and began attending Montana State University-Northern, majoring in criminal justice.
Ryan was a very soft-hearted, caring man who loved his family, all animals and his music. Music was his life. He was very charismatic and artistic, and his sense of humor was a delight to all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Gallagher and Lester Lewis Skramstad; his father, Kim Sutton; his stepfather, Brent Skramstad; and his aunt Kathy (Allen) Gallagher.
He is survived by his mother, Julie Skramstad of Havre; his brothers, Lester T.
