Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a fight at a 1st Street Northeast apartment complex after a caller reported a disturbance at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday.

A summons was issued after officers were called Wednesday at 3:52 p.m. to a disturbance on 17th Street West. No further information was provided.

Kyle Lee Lamere, 25, of Box Elder, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass to property and criminal contempt and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported a trespasser Wednesday at 11:40 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint after someone reported receiving threatening text and Facebook messages 12:54 a.m. today.

During a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West this morning at 2:19, Kody Charles Pribyl, 18, of Havre, was arrested on charges of careless driving, speeding, driving under the influence and minor in possession; Trevor Lane Harwood, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of MIP; and Bridger Raymond Bibeau, 18, of Havre, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s office had no arrests or investigations to report.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two medical calls Wednesday, and fire crews investigated one report of a fire.
