Officers investigated a 12:38 p.m. Wednesday report of trespassing reported at the police station.

Officers investigated a report made Wednesday at 3:32 p.m. from 6th Street of property stolen two weeks ago.

Officers assisted a Grant Avenue citizen who asked to speak with an officer Wednesday at 3:45 p.m.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of careless driving, driving under the influence, failure to yield right of way and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after officers were called to investigate a motor vehicle crash at 4th Street and 10th Avenue Wednesday at 4:06 p.m.

Officers investigated a 7:31 p.m. Wednesday report of a scooter left outside a 5th Avenue residence.

Brandon Chase St. Marks, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal contempt, after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Wednesday at 10:38 p.m. two people accusing each other of stealing.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies received a call from someone at Box Elder School Wednesday at 7:01 p.m. reporting a black Mazda pikcup that was “spinning brodies” on the football field and in the parking lot.

Robert Manuel Arellano, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, non-aggravated criminal destruction of or tampering with communicaiton device, criminal michief and resisting arrest after deputies were called Wednesday at 9:54 p.m. to investigate a disturbance at a 10th Avenue North address.

Deputies served a warrant at the detention center Wednesday at 11:09 p.m. No other information about the arrest was provided.
