Robert Manuel Arellano, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, non-aggravated criminal destruction of or tampering with communicaiton device, criminal michief and resisting arrest after deputies were called Wednesday at 9:54 p.m. to investigate a disturbance at a 10th Avenue North address.

Deputies served a warrant at the detention center Wednesday at 11:09 p.m. No other information about the arrest was provided.
