Officers initiated investigation of an incident of theft, forgery or fraud at 9:42 a.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated a 5:27 p.m. Thursday report of property found at a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Thursday at 5:51 p.m. of a man stalking the reporting party's wife.

After receiving several calls about a gun shot heard in a 14th Avenue area Thursday at 7:17 p.m., officers searched for but were unable to locate the source of the sound.

Drew John Cole, 35, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 7:34 p.m. Thursday at Hill County Detention Center.

Erica Ann Dion, 33, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant at a 5th Street residence Thursday at 10:23

p.m.

Sydne Huston, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of minor in possession and criminal trespass to property after a McKinley Avenue caller reported today at 1:18 a.m. a woman had tried to break into his pickup truck then took off.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Leann Ahenkew Gardipee, 39, of Box Elder, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal trespass to property after business on U.S. Highway 2 West called in a complaint Thursday at 11:22 a.m.

Deputies were called Thursday at 4:17 p.m. to a Rudyard Main Street South address to check on the welfare of a citizen.

Deputies received a call Thursday at 4:18 p.m. from a business on U.S. Highway 2 West reporting shoplifting. An arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Deputies responded to a Gildford call Thursday at 5:52 p.m. of a citizen needing assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a report of a gas smell on 3rd Avenue and waited for NorthWestern Energy to arrive. No gas leak was found.

Fire and ambulance crews responded to a diesel fuel leak on the 10 Block of 7th Avenue. A tractor-trailer with the fuel cap off had leaked about 4 gallons of fuel. Fire department personnel directed traffic until the fuel was cleaned up.
