Officers investigated a Tuesday 9:33 a.m. report at the police station that someone had been writing checks from the reporting party’s bank account.

An arrest was made after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a drug offense Tuesday at 11:06 a.m., but no further details were provided on the arrest.

Erica Ann Dion, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt after a reporting party brought “some stuff” to the police station Tuesday at 11:12 a.m.

Margaret Delores Vij, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting after a nonaggressive shoplifter was reported Tuesday at 4:54 p.m. at a 1st Street business.

Cody Daniel Plainfeather, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers were askedTuesday at 7:04 p.m. by a 1st Street Northeast resident to check on his daughter.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Yolanda Lynn Ereaux, 28, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 12:41.
