Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury crash at 8th Avenue and 15th Street reported Friday at 9:20 a.m.

Officers assisted at the Amtrak station after receiving a 2:06 p.m. Friday request for an officer and an ambulance for a 40- to 50-year-old man.

Officers investigated a credit card fraud reported at the police station Friday at 3:32 p.m.

Alion George Eagleman Sr., 28, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the police station at 7:33 p.m. Friday.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations, after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 12:33 a.m. Saturday.

Jimmy Darrell Russette, 30, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on 1st Street at 12:47 a.m. Friday.

Tristin Rainne Trahant, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and MIP and Lacey Eagle Theboy, 30, of Hays was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after officers were called to investigate a noise complaint at a 2nd Street residence Saturday at 6:01 p.m.

An arrest was made in relation to a 10:42 p.m. Saturday complaint from the Havre Ice Dome, but no further details was provided about the charges.

Donald Patrick Mayer, 41, of Havre was arrested Sunday at 8:05 a.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a report of threats reported Sunday at 1:19 p.m. on Maple Drive.

Officers investigated a 4:46 p.m. Sunday report of a 2nd Street home being broken into while the resident was away.

James Christopher Dahl Jr., 29, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 10th Avenue at 10:03 p.m. Sunday.

Officers made a welfare check on children at a 2nd Street Northeast residence in responce to a Sunday at 10:39 p.m. request for assistance.

Leena Galan Healy, 21, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after officers were called to a 1st Street Northeast residence to remove a belligerent woman.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report made Friday at 11:31 p.m. of a cabin broken into.

Deputies investigated a 1:56 a.m. Saturday report of a drug offense at Hill County Detention Center.

Tristin Trahant, 19, of Havre was served a Justice of City court warrant at the detention center Saturday at 7:35 p.m.

Haylee Lee Demontiney, 52, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and criminal trespass to property, after deputies were called Sunday at 12:19 p.m. to investigate a theft at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded Friday to an automatic alarm at a 34th Avenue West facility went off in response to some burned popcorn

Fire crews were called Saturday to help force open a door on 2nd Street.
