An officer investigated a violation of the 24/7 Sobriety Program at 7:37 a.m. Monday at the police department.

An officer investigated a report made from 1st Street at 10:48 a.m. that someone had stolen items from a residence.

Officers investigated a report made from a 1st Street West business at 11:57 a.m. Monday that surveillance video showed “a few beer thefts over the weekend.”

An officer investigated a report made at 12:31 p.m. from a 3rd Street West residence that someone had stolen money from a room.

An officer making a motor vehicle stop at 10:58 p.m. on 11th Street West arrested Eric James Peterson, 36, of Havre on a charge of driving under the influence.

An officer responding to a call from a 1st Street Northeast residence arrested Ivy Leigh Johnson, 32, of Harlem on a Justice or City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report made at 7:59 a.m. Monday from County Road 70 South that someone had broken into a trailer holding equipment.

Deputies investigated a report made from 4th Street North at 10:49 a.m. Monday that someone had vandalized a car.

Havre Fire Deparment

Firefighters responded to two fire calls Monday, one on the 300 Block of 7th Street and one on the 400 Block of 1st Street. No further information was available this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a female, brown and black mixed-breed dog; a male, brown and black Rottweiler-mix, and a male, black and white Labrador-mix.

Births

A boy was born to Krystelle and Patrick Carey Nov. 30, 2015.
