After a caller reported at 2:21 a.m. Saturday from 9th Street a hit-and-run car crash, an officer issued a summons to Tyler John Adams, 19, on charges of reckless driving, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, failing to give notice of an accident and “other.”

An officer responding to a 2:34 a.m. Saturday report of a fight at a 1st Street West restaurant arrested Nathan Craig Cherry, 31, of Chester and Ishmael Tyrone Brown, 24, of Missoula, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

An officer responding to a 3:24 p.m. Saturday report from a 1st Street West hotel of stolen property arrested Aubrey Celine Briere, 28, of Havre on a charge of theft and on six Justice or City court warrants and Derek Paul Converse, 31, of Havre on charges of theft and criminal contempt.

After a caller from a Havre hospital at 5:56 p.m. Saturday requested an officer, the responding officer arrested Melanie Olive Rosette, 34, of Havre on a charge of trespassing.

An officer responding to a call at 7:30 p.m. Saturday from 6th Street arrested Donald R. Cox, 24, of Havre on charges of violating a protective order and trespassing.

After a caller reported from 15th Street at 12:08 a.m. Sunday that a man had come in drunk, gotten into an argument and left with a gun in his backpack, an officer arrested Nicholas Jay Knight, 37, of Fort Peck on charges of carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated and disorderly conduct.

After a caller at 12:18 a.m. Sunday from 4th Street reported being beaten up by a relative who then stole a car, an officer arrested Keenan Lewis Doney, 25, of Havre on charges of partner or family member assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked license and two counts of criminal contempt.

An officer issued a written or verbal warning after a caller at 9:26 a.m. Sunday from 2nd Street reported two small dogs had been left tied up outside in the freezing cold.

A deputy served two state District Court warrants on Cherelle Aray Walkingchild, 23, of Box Elder at 11:16 a.m. Friday at the Hill County jail.

A deputy making a transfer from Hill County to Rocky Boy at 6:53 p.m. Sunday arrested Marvin Lee Cure, 37, of Box Elder on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, one Saturday and one Sunday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held a tan and black, male terrier; a female, tan and white Chihuaha; a female, brown and black mixed-breed dog; a male, brown and black Rottweiler mix dog; a male, black and white Labrador mix dog. and a female, grey cat.
