David Taylor Eagleman, 55, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at 3rd Street and 13th Avenue reported a man lying on the sidewalk Tuesday at 6:41 a.m.

Edna Ann Meyers, 59, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 1st Street Northeast caller requested assistance Tuesday at 8:52 a.m. on an issue from Monday.

Officers investigated a 9:41 a.m. Tuesday report of a gas drive-off at a 1st Street business.

Sarah Ann Beeny, 23, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, after she and two other callers reported a family-related disturbance Tuesday at 9:43 a.m. on Smithville Road.

After a caller at a 7th Street residence reported an attempted break-in and requested assistance at 12:52 p.m. Tuesday, officers investigated the incident.

Officers investigated a theft from a 1st Street West business that happened over the weekend and was reported Tuesday at 2:05 p.m.

Officers investigated a 4:44 p.m. Tuesday report from 3rd Street that the caller and her dog were attacked by a great Dane and a Rottweiler.

Officers investigated a vehicle versus stop sign crash at 11th Street and 16th Avenue West reported Tuesday at 7:20 p.m.

Joshua Charles Joseph Doney, 23, of Hays was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported at 3:51 today that someone was trying to get into her residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report made Tuesday at 10:14 a.m. of a theft at a 2nd Street West business.

Elizabeth June Anderson, 27, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:18 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report made today at 2:17 a.m. on 15th Street North of a juvenile being assaulted by an 18-year-old.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one early today.
