Chad Steven Clift, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of “Other” related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station Monday at 8:16 a.m.

Christopher Allan Steiner, 30, was issued a federal warrant by a probation and patrol officer at the police station Monday at 1:39 p.m.

A 14-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a 16th Street West caller reported a male hitting a pregnant female Monday at 1:49 p.m.

Officers responded to a request from 1st Street Northeast Monday at 5:05 to assist the caller’s daughter.

Officers investigated a 5:40 p.m. Monday report of a stolen Xbox in the Havre area.

Officers responded to a request from Cleveland Avenue to assist a citizen Monday at 5:44 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash reported from 14th Street at 6:54 p.m. Monday.

Dakota Shaw, 18, of Chinook was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting, after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter at 7:18 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated an 8:24 p.m. Monday report that someone had tried to enter the caller’s 5th Avenue home.

Lance Christian Belcourt, 24, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and driving with expired vehicle registration, after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop at 12:49 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Carilla Ann French, 43, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of dog running at large in the county, after a caller south of town reported Monday at 11:55 p.m. that she had found a cocker spaniel running loose.

Deputies investigated a 7:56 p.m. Monday report that medications had been stolen at an 8th Avenue North location.

Deputies responded to a request to assist a citizen on 34th Avenue West at 11:33 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday.

Fire crews responded to a fire alarm that went off Monday at 7:50 a.m. on the 1400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 Northwest. A malfunction in the sprinkler system was found and repaired.

Fire crews responded to a gas leak on the 700 Block of 1st Street Monday at 9:33 a.m. NorthWestern Energy repaired the leaking valve on the gas meter.
