Havre Police Department

Robert Alexander McConnell, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, careless driving and criminal contempt, after a caller reported Wednesday at 7:50 a.m. a man passed out at 14th Avenue and 8th Street.

Michael George Martinez, 44, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported a man breaking out her car window Wednesday at 8:16 a.m.

James Patrick Trueax Jr., 40, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt, in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:24 a.m. Wednesday at the police station.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at a 13th Street West facility reported at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen lawn mower on 6th Street at 12:54 p.m. Wednesday.

James Patrick Hulett, 60, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal mischief or vandalism and disorderly conduct, after callers reported a man acting “bizarre” on 4th Street at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a report of an attempted vehicle break-in Wednesday at 7:40 p.m.

After a caller at a business on the 700 Block of 1st Street at 8:29 p.m. reported a trespasser, officers arrested Justin Radim Jezek, 32, of Havre on a charge of trespass.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 10:59 p.m. report from 2nd Street Northeast of a man not taking care of his kids.

Six people were arrested after an officer investigated suspicious activity on 6th Ave at 2:31 this morning. No information on the arrests was provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies were called Wednesday at 7:54 p.m. to assist a citizen on 5th Street North.

Deputies were called at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday to assist a citizen on 15th Street North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a female black kitten, a male tan and black terrier, a female cream, tan and black kitten and a tan and white Chihuahua.
