Robert Joseph Sunchild, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, carrying a concealed weapon and violation of conditions of release, in connection with a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Tuesday at 7:41 a.m. at the police station.

Raymond Windyboy, 53, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a caller reported Tuesday at 2:37 p.m. a man lying in the alley south of 1st Street screaming, then walking away west bound.
