Officers investigated a report made Monday at 6:09 a.m. from a 5th Avenue business that a company laptop had been stolen.

Robert James Taylor, 40, of Libby was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and parking violation, after officers were called to assist a citizen on 2nd Street at 8:33 a.m. Monday.

Jose Alonso Salazar Martinez, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station Monday at 11:42 a.m.

Officers investigated a Havre area report at 1:16 p.m. Monday that someone was using the caller’s credit card.

Officers investigated a report Monday at 2:19 p.m. that the 2nd Street West caller’s stereo had been stolen.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 4 p.m. at the police station of an iPad theft from a residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Officers investigated a report of an assault on 32nd Avenue East Monday at 1:20 p.m.

Justin James Martin, 37,  of Havre was arrested Monday at 8:42 p.m. on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reporter someone had broken out her window.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two medical calls Monday.
