An arrest was made after a report of a stolen storm window was made at the police station Wednesday at 9:07 a.m. No information on the arrest was provided.

Joseph Bruce Stewart, 53, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a vehicle stop on 11th Street at 9:33 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a 9:50 a.m. Wednesday report of a noninjury vehicle crash on 1st Street.

Melanie Olive Rosette, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and driving with a suspended driver’s license and Tyler Kim TheBoy, 25, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct, after a caller reported Wednesday at 10:46 a.m. finding his stolen vehicle at a 1st Street business.

A caller at a 3rd Avenue business reported Wednesday at 11:34 a.m. being threatened.

Officers investigated a 3:59 p.m. Wednesday report of a mountain bike that had been sitting alongside 5th Avenue for two days.

Lynn Marie Madplume, 22, of Belgrade was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transactions with children and William Michael Ollinger, 19, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession, after officers investigated a report of a domestic disturbance Wednesday at 11:40 p.m. at a residence hall on Montana State University-Northern campus.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Keenan Lewis Doney, 25, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault, after a 1:56 p.m. Tuesday report of a domestic disturbance on 14th Street Northeast.

Deputies investigated a report made Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. of a beer theft from a Box Elder establishment.

Melanie Olive Rosette, 34, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 1:23 p.m.

Deputies investigated a domestic dispute reported Wednesday at 9:10 p.m. from 9th Street East.

Emergency medical services responded to five calls Wednesday and one call early this morning.
