Officers investigated a Monday 7:59 a.m. report of found car keys on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a noninjury vehicle crash at 7th Avenue and 3rd Street reported Monday at 8:13 a.m.

A caller reported finding a cellphone and keys at a Montana Avenue business Monday at 9:14 a.m .; officers investigated.

Officers investigated a report made from 2nd Street Monday at 1:28 p.m. that medications had been stolen.

A Montana Avenue caller reported a case of identity theft Monday at 3:21 p.m .; officers investigated the incident.

An arrest was made in response to a 6:15 p.m. Monday 911 call from 7th Street reporting a possible disturbance. No further information was provided on the arrest.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash reported at 6:33 p.m. Monday on 4th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 7:44 p.m. Monday report of a fender bender on 1st Street West.

John Michael Kuhn, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, headlamp violation and stop sign violation, after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on Montana Avenue at 1:36 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Larry R. Denny, 42, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, after deputies were called Monday at 12:19 p.m. to transport a prisoner from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies were called Monday at 2:23 p.m. to investigate a burglary on Schoolhouse Lane.

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 5:52 p.m. Monday. The dispatch log provides no details on the arrests. The detention center roster lists the two involved parties as being held on charges. Curtis Finch of Spokane, Washington, is being held on charges of distribution of dangerous drugs, two counts of possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture. Lynette Moss of Spokane, Washington, is being held on charges of distribution of dangerous drugs.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and another call this morning.
