Breaking news: Justice Brown admits stabbing Northern students

Justice Brown has reluctantly pleaded guilty Monday afternoon to attempted murder in the stabbing of three Northern students in May.

Brown spoke in barely audible tones and never looked up as he was questioned by District Court Judge Daniel Boucher.
