Hutchens tops Cass in Ward 3

Caleb Hutchens has been elected Ward 3 council member, beating JD Cass, 334-214

Ward 3 voted against the mill levy for the street reconstruction. 278-326.

With about 700 vows from Ward 1 still out, the mill levy is being defeated 790 to 562.
