Havre Police Department

Officers served a pick up and hold warrant to a boy, age not reported, at Hill County Courthouse Monday at 4:24 p.m.

Officers investigated a request made Monday at 5:09 p.m. at the police station that the reporting party’s juvenile granddaughter is missing.

Officers assisted with a juvenile patient at the emergency room on a request called in at 6:27 p.m. Monday.

An officer reported seeing a man who is out of jail on conditions of release, including a curfew, out walking at 12:12 a.m. today on 2nd Street, and the officer was initiating a search for the suspect.

Nicholas Austin Markum, 22, of Three Forks was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after an officer initiated investigation of a man near a 1st Street establishment today at 1:54 a.m.

A an arrest was made after a Smithville Road caller reported noises at her front door entry today at 2:21 a.m. The caller had also reported an intoxicated man yelling and trying to get into her shed at 2 a.m., but the alleged perpetrator had left before officers arrived. No information about the charges was provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an issue reported 10:04 a.m. Monday as a theft, forgery or fraud.

Joel Wilson Blackelk III, 27, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served to him at Hill County Detention Center 7:09 p.m. Monday.

Martin James Koop, 21, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant served to him at 8:25 p.m. Monday at a 14th Street Northeast location.

Deputies investigated a 9:39 p.m. Monday report from 15th Street North of a missing prescription.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one medical call Monday.
