Ida M. Ritchie, 92, passed away on Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, of natural causes at Northern Montana Care Center.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, at Highland Cemetery with Ila McClenahan officiating. Memorial donations in Ida's name may be made to the Salvation Army or to the donor's choice.
Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with services and arrangements.

Ida was born April 13, 1923, in Havre to Charles and Julia (Dedic) Makovsky. Her childhood was spent in Havre. After graduating from Havre High School, she moved to Seattle, Washington.
Ida married Isom Hughey Ritchie in 1948, and their union was blessed with two sons. They lived in many cities and states, settling in Seattle in 1969. The couple later divorced.
Ida was employed by a Seattle motel from 1975 until she retired in the early 1990s. She was very active with the Seattle Senior Citizen Center. She moved to Havre in 2007 and also was very active with the Senior Center here.
Ida was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Julia Makovsky, and sister Marjorie (Makvosky) Phillips. Her former husband died in 1981.
She is survived by her sons, Raymond Ritchie, of Belgrade, Maine, and Dennis (Amanda) Ritchie of Tucson, Arizona; her grandson, Benjamin Ritchie; her granddaughters, Hannah Ritchie Stinger and Katie Ritchie Skelton; her great-grandsons, Charlie and Harrison Skelton; her sister, Charlotte Makovsky of Havre; and her brother Richard (Grace) Makovsky of Spokane, Washington.
