Havre Police Department

An officer investigating suspicious activity at Havre High School at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday issued a summons or made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

A 2nd Avenue caller at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday reported a stolen credit card. Officers are investigating.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 East reported at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, but everyone refused medical treatment. One driver was issued citations on charges of driving with a suspended driver’s license and failing to yield right of way.

Crystal Rose Stamper, 21, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City curt warrant Tuesday at 1:46 p.m., after an officer served the warrant on 9th Avenue Northwest.

An arrest was made or summons issued after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street West at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a report of a dent in a vehicle called in at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday from 16th Street and Spruce Drive.

An arrest was made after a caller reported a possible domestic disturbance between and man and a woman on Boulevard Avenue at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday and a subsequent caller reported seeing the male suspect near 6th Street and 5th Avenue at 6:41 p.m. No further information was provided in the dispatch log, but the jail roster lists Brendan Tyler arrested Tuesday on charges of partner or family member assault and assault of a minor.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday of annoying phone calls and a request to file a harassment complaint.
