Havre Police Department

Raul David Estrada, 49, of Salt Lake City, Utah, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended licence and failure to produce proof of insurance during a vehicle stop at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday on 1st Street.

Officers responded to a 12:38 p.m. call Wednesday at a 10th Avenue location, after a report that someone stole items from a car the night before.

Erica Ann Dion, 33, of Havre, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 4:33 p.m. at the Havre Police Department.

Officers investigated an 8:07 p.m. report from 5th Street Wednesday of identity theft.

——

A Havre-area caller reported missing medication at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday.

At 9:42 p.m Wednesday an assault was reported at the Havre Police Station. Officers are investigating.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Carl Ray Miller, 49, of Missoula was arrested on a charge of probation violation, aftera 1:02 p.m. Wednesday call reporting that a man staying with the caller and his roommate was fighting people.

Deputies investigated reports from Wildhorse Road of a phone scam at 2:02 p.m. Wednesday.

Erica Ann Dion, 33 of Havre, was served with a Justice or City court warrant at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday at Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department:

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.
