Andrew Medicinehorse, 55, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, violation of child restraint and violation of conditions of release after an officer made a vehicle stop on 1st Street Tuesday at 11:11 a.m.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury crash reported at noon Tuesday on 5th Avenue.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and possession of toxic substances, after a juvenile shoplifter was reported at a 1st Street business Tuesday at 12:51 p.m.

Nevada Blue St. Marks, 20, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served the warrant at 12:01 a.m. today on 1st Street West.

Charles Anthony Combs, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon and assault after a caller at a Montana State University-Northern dormitory reported at 12:06 a.m. today a woman had been threatened by a man with a knife and a man had been assaulted.

Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity at a 1st Street Northeast residence called in at 12:58 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report of a scratched vehicle called in at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to one call Tuesday.
