Joseph Hershiel Latray, 29, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 2:21 p.m. when he turnded himself in at the police station.

Officers investigated a found bicycle reported from 6th Street Friday at 2:34 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft reported at the police station Friday at 2:51 p.m.

Christina Mary Converse, 36, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant issued at the police station Friday at 7:03 p.m.

Tyla Jo Converse, 19, of Harlem was arrested on charges of expired registration and driving without a driver’s license, and on two Justice or City court warrants, after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street Friday at 9:27 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on 4th Avenue reported at 12:02 a.m. Saturday.

Samantha Katlin Shrauger, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and speeding during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Saturday at 2:16 a.m.

Officers investigated a vandalized mailbox on Wilson Avenue reported Saturday at 8:47 a.m.

Officers investigated a 9:54 a.m. Saturday report of car dented at a 1st Street business parking lot.

Seth Robert Hilliard, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, reported from 4th Avenue Saturday at 1:19 p.m.

Officers investigated a report made at 3:34 p.m. Saturday of tools stolen out of a pickup on Boulevard Avenue.

Tony Hernandez, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a noise complaint reported at 11:15 p.m. Saturday.

An officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity at a 1st Street West business Sunday at 2:08 a.m.

Officers investigated a report of a windshield being broken by kids walking by in black hoodies on 10th Avenue at 9:35 a.m. Sunday.

An arrest was made Sunday after a caller reported at 10:17 a.m. that a 14-year-old daughter had run away from a residence the night before. No further details were given on the arrest.

Officers investigated a theft of a box of beads reported from 2nd Street Sunday at 7:21 p.m.

Leona Marie Chiefstick, 48, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at a 3rd Avenue location at 9:12 p.m. Sunday.
