Officers investigated a 7:01 a.m. Friday call from 14th Street West about two pickup tires that were punctured.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after an officer investigated a tobacco violation at 8:40 a.m. Friday at Havre High School.

Jeffrey Blaine Dolphay, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, habitual traffic offender, failure to give notice of a motor vehicle crash and failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended. Officers responded to an 11:10 a.m. Friday call from Lincoln Avenue about a request for a welfare check, but he was arrested after a 3:27 p.m. report of a motor vehicle crash on Lincoln Avenue.

Officers investigated a 12:43 p.m. Friday call from Sunset Drive about the calling party scraping a neighbor’s vehicle while parking.

Officers investigated a 3:50 p.m. Friday call from 3rd Avenue about the calling party’s red and white 21-speed trek bicycle being stolen two days prior.

Officers investigated a 4:33 p.m. Friday report of a motor vehicle accident at 4th Street and 7th Avenue in which a bus hit a vehicle and pushed it into another

Wynema Rae Cochran, 43, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 7:14 p.m. Friday call from 2nd Street.

Todd Orlando Messerly, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, obstructing a peace officer, disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 11:19 p.m. Friday call from 2nd Street about the calling party being threatened, and an officers subsequent investigation of suspicious activity at a 1st Street extablihment at 11:37 p.m.

Emil Saunders Day Chief, 34, of Great Falls was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 1 a.m. Saturday report at the police station about a man who could not pay for a ride home.

Christopher Lee Gouran, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and open container in a motor vehicle after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:15 a.m. Saturday on 10th Street.

Landin John Gwynn, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show at 8:11 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

Officers investigated an 8:34 a.m. Saturday call from McKinley Avenue about someone running into a fence in the alley.

David Taylor Eagleman, 55, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 2:17 p.m. Saturday call from Pepin Park about an intoxicated man.

Craig O. Bahr, 45, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 5:03 p.m Saturday call from Northern Montana Hospital about the emergency room calling to get a ride for a man in the ER.

Officers investigated a 9:55 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street establishment about a vehicle being vandalized outside.

Officers investigated a 2:28 a.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street about an argument between a man and woman.

Officers investigated a 4:01 a.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about a rollover.

Officers investigated a 10:19 a.m. Sunday call from 7th Street about the calling party’s car being vandalized.

Cheryl Marie Brown, 41, of Browning was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and criminal contempt and Vickie Gail Cochran, 47, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charge of theft from a building after officers responded to a 10:28 a.m. Sunday call from a 9th Avenue business about two women stealing money from a customer.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 12:07 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street about a man and woman on the ground fighting.

Raven Ray Wolfgang Lanier, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 1:45 p.m. Sunday call from 7th Street about the calling party finding a son’s pipe with marijuana in it.

Officers investigated an 8:23 p.m. Sunday call from 1st Street West business about a vehicle being broken into.

Ryan Gregory Brown, 26, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to an 11:30 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a man in a hoodie sitting in the casino for a long time before he was kicked out. He walked to another business and has been hanging around the property all weekend.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served Erica Ann Dion, 33, of Havre with three Justice or City court warrants at 9:20 a.m. Friday at a 5th St. address.

Cody Michael Anderson, 21, of Havre was issued a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 11:20 a.m. Friday.

——

Deputies received a complaint at 3:25 p.m. Saturday of four teenage girls on 6th Street North jumping in front of cars and refusing to get out of the way.

——

Moses Lloyd Champagne, 41 of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, following a 8:49 p.m. call reporting a man walking along U.S. Highway 87 south of Laredo.

——

Deputies received a 2 p.m. call Sunday from along U.S. Highway 2 west of Havre, about a large roadkill in the westbound lane that could cause a wreck.

Deputies responded to a 7:56 p.m. call Sunday on Highway 87 after the calling party’s teenage daughter struck a deer, leaving the vehicle disabled and the deer injured. Montana Highway Patrol.

——

At 9:16 p.m.Sunday, Deputies received a call from someone reporting a black tarp in the turning lane on Highway 2. The tarp was subsequently removed.

Deputies investigated a burglary in Beaver Creek Park reported at 9:47 p.m call Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Saturday and three calls Sunday

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 5th Avenue at 12:27 p.m. Sunday to address a gas smell that turned out to be a leak out a stove. The leak was repaired.

A girl was born to Caitlin and Garrett Aguillard of Havre Sept. 1, 2015.
