Work continues on the $11 million project to updated Havre's sewage treatment plant. Havre Public Works Superintendent Dave Peterson said contractor Dick Anderson Construction Co. of Great Falls is ahead of schedule on the project. It was supposed to be completed in August 2016, but is now in line for a June 2016 completion date.
