Officers investigated a 10:39 a.m. Wednesday report at the police station about a sexual or violent offender registration violation.

Four people were arrested after officers responded to a 12:45 p.m. Wednesday call from a 2nd Street business about a woman throwing a rock at a man while he tried to get away from her. No details about the arrests were provided.

Officers investigated a 2:11 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about an employee stealing.

A 14-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 3:37 p.m. Wednesday call from 16th Street West about the calling party’s grandson breaking her computer and pushing a coffee table into her knees.

Officers investigated a 4:08 p.m. Wednesday call from 3rd Avenue about two bikes stolen.

Tomi Nichole Bunney, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 5:05 p.m. Wednesday call from 4th Street about a woman running from a man in a black truck.

Officers investigated a 6 p.m. Wednesday complaint at the police station about a black trek bike with a woven basket stolen from a residence.

Officers investigated an 8:56 p.m. Wednesday report at the police station about a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Tyler James Hanley, 29, of Hays was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after deputies investigated a 12:50 p.m. Wednesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about a shoplifter.

Tomi Nichole Bunney, 26, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:48 p.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Erica Ann Dion, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of theft by shoplifting after deputies investigated a 7:08 p.m. Wednesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about a shoplifter that the employees couldn’t catch.

Ryan Andrew Brandt, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing, criminal mischief and two charges of assault after deputies investigated a 5:17 a.m. call today from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business about a man asking for drugs and then breaking out a window.

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Wednesday and one today.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held an orange male cat with a red collar, a black and white male cat and a tan female terrier mixed-breed dog.
