Allix Goldhahn, C/J-I Volleyball
The Chester/J-I volleyball team scored two big wins against heated rivals this weekend. And junior Allix Goldhahn was a big reason why. Goldhahn, who can play multiple positions for the Hawks, had 11 kills and three blocks in a Friday night win over Dutton-Brady. But on Saturday, she was even better as she totaled 17 kills in C/J-I's four-set win at arch rival North Star. Goldhahn is a returning All-Conference performer for the Hawks, who have been on a strong winning streak as of late. She is also an outstanding basketball player at C/J-I.
Nate Rismon, Havre Football
Havre High senior Nate Rismon missed almost all of last football season with an injury. But he's making up for lost time in an explosive way. On Friday night against Sidney, Rismon had a huge night, starting with an 88-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Rismon also caught a whopping eight passes for 114 yards, including the game-winning score in the third quarter. Rismon finished the night with over 200 all-purpose yards. He is also a standout basketball player and track and field athlete for the Blue Ponies.
