Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash after responding to a 12:13 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Street.

Officers investigated a 2:11 p.m. Monday call from 2nd Street about a fraud by mail.

Officers investigated a 4:03 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about the complainant needing help with a tenant.

Officers investigated a 4:58 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Avenue about a green mountain bike and orange bike stolen.

Mellissa Rose Snow, 47, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the police station at 6:56 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated a 7:25 p.m. Monday report at the police station about a man going into the complainant’s daughter’s work, asking for her number and “creeping her out.”

Jesse Victorio Gone-Maldonado, 23, of Billings was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct and Julia Rosa Morales, 23, of Harlem was issued a summons on a charge of open container after an officer investigated a man urinating at 10:45 p.m. Monday on 1st Street Northeast.

John Joseph Bear Jr., 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer stopped this morning at 12:58 to investigate suspicious activity at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 3:01 a.m. call today about a tail light being smashed out.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 11:01 a.m. Monday call from the Havre area about the calling paraty surrendering dogs for a friend.

Nicolas Ryan Pyle, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of “contempts for which justice of the peace may punish” after a deputy assisted another agency Monday at 12:17 p.m. Monday at the Hill County Courthouse.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one this morning.

Animal Shelter

This morning the Havre Animal Shelter held an orange male cat with a red collar, a black and white male cat, a tan female terrier mix and a black, brown and tan mix-breed male dog.
