Havre Police Department

Samuel Roastingstick, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and James Allen Gardipee, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and on three Justice or City court warrants after an officer served the warrants at 8:50 a.m. Monday on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a 3:03 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about the reporting party chasing a shoplifter.

Ashley Dolores Alvarado, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after officers responded to an 11:39 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street establishment about a woman who was asked to leave after trying to start fights.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Michelle Nichole Healy, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after deputies responded to a 9:55 a.m. Monday call from Bitterroot Trailer Park about a woman in the area digging around in a car.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 3rd Street at 5:11 p.m. Monday to address what turned out to be a false alarm. A business was testing its alarm and no one told the fire department.
