Havre Police Department

James Lawrence Daychild, 43, of Havre was arrested, on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release, while he was in the police station lobby at 11:01 a.m. Friday.

Christie M Stump, 33, was arrested on charges of theft and two counts of obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Crystal Rae Bear, 43, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after officers investigated a 3:12 p.m. Friday report at the police department about a complainant stating her sister used her name when she was arrested.

William Tracey Ahenakew Jr., 24, of Box Elder was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after officers investigated suspicious activity at 7:36 p.m. Friday on 9th Avenue and 2nd Street.

Officers investigated an 8:02 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street Northeast about a child being left at a neighbor's apartment and the calling party not knowing what to do with it.

Officers investigated a 9:38 p.m. Friday call from 10th Street about five kids throwing something in a garage that sounded like fireworks and then took off running.

Officers investigated a 10:31 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a man in the lobby needing an escort to the hospital.

Christan Edward Eagleman, 37, of Laredo was issued a summons on a charge of open container after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 11:58 p.m. Friday on 2nd Street.

Jesse Shane Valdez, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and minor in possession, Falcon Meyers, 20, of Havre and Zayion D’Alexander Wolfchild, 19, of Rocky Boy were issued summonses for charges of MIP and Jarason Louis Oats, 24, of Box Elder and Tre Andrew Deserly, 22, of Havre were issued summonses on charges of unlawful interactions with children after officers responded to a 12:53 a.m. Saturday call from 15th Avenue about a possible party.

Ricky Lee Hinkle, 55, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of assault with a weapon after officers responded to a 4:44 a.m. Saturday call from 5th Avenue about a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated a 7:22 a.m. Saturday call from 9th Avenue about seven vehicles that had slashed tires.

Officers investigated an 8 a.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street about someone driving across the calling party’s lawn.

Officers investigated an 11:45 a.m. Saturday call from 3rd Avenue business about a yellow Penske moving van running into the drive through.

Mike Allen Dunning, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 7:38 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a woman upset about a man taking $200 to $300 out of her wallet that was lost.

Roseanne Saddler, 18, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, MIP and endangering the welfare of children, a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charge of obstructing a peace officer and MIP and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after officers responded to a 6:57 a.m. Sunday call from Montana State University-Northern about six drunk people outside the reporting party’s window talking about beating people up.

Officers investigated a 1:57 p.m. Sunday incident at 3rd Street where an officer was flagged down for a noninjury car wreck.

Officers investigated a 2:10 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street about the calling party reporting his bike stolen. Someone was arrested, but the name was omitted from the police log.

Officers investigated a 4:58 p.m. Sunday report from 5th Avenue about the calling party reporting her car was egged and keyed.

James Adam Walker, 35, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 7:12 p.m. Sunday call from Boulevard Avenue about a domestic disturbance.

Gregory Charles Rainingbird, 21, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 7:19 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a female who was assaulted.

Officers investigated an 8:21 p.m. Sunday call from 10th Avenue about a teenager running their bicycle into the calling party’s car and scratching it.

Yolanda Lynn Ereaux, 28, of Fort Belknap was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer served them to her at 12:39 a.m. today on 1st Street West.

Elena Garcia, 30, of Box Elder was served a Justice or City court warrant at 2:54 a.m. today at the Hill County Detention Center.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 6:20 p.m. Sunday call from Beaver Creek Park about a cabin that was broken into.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 1200 Block of 15th Street West at 7:56 p.m. Friday to address a vehicle fire. The man who was working on the vehicle put it out and no damage was caused to the vehicle.

Animal Shelter

A male orange cat with a red collar, a male black and white cat, a tan female terrier-mix and a female tan pug mix are in the animal shelter this morning.
