Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:10 p.m. Friday call from an 11th Street West business about a customer telling the calling party someone was stealing in the store. When the calling party tried to speak to the other person, he took off running.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at 9:19 p.m. Friday on 1st Avenue and 6th Street.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after she went to the police station at 9:26 p.m. Friday to report someone breaking into her house.

Officers investigated a 1:57 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a maroon Trailblazer backing into the calling party in a parking lot and then taking off.

Christopher Michael Gardner, 40, of Billings was arrested on a charge of parole violation and on a state District Court warrant after an officer served it to him at 12:29 p.m. Saturday on 3rd Avenue.

Dale Timothy Weaselhead, 39, of Heart Butte was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 1:41 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West business about a highly intoxicated man not leaving his hotel room.

Officers responded to a 1:54 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about a gray Mustang headed in east in the westbound lane.

Richard Neal Looby, 70, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of reckless driving at 2:57 p.m. Saturday. after Montana Highway Patrol assisted the Havre Police Department with the call about the gray Mustang.

Officers investigated a 3:58 p.m. Saturday call from 16th Street West about the calling party’s son’s bike being taken out of the garage.

Adrian Michael Fox, 20, of Fort Belknap was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to obey red traffic signal and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 4:54 p.m. on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 5:51 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Avenue about a beer bottle thrown through the back window of a pickup truck.

Officers investigated a 10:10 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Avenue and 10th Street about a motor vehicle crash between two cars.

John Alan Horseman, 44, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at a 3rd Avenue establishment at 11:08 p.m. Saturday.

Clinton Roberts, 31, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers responded to a 2:07 a.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street about an unruly man.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 4:53 a.m. Sunday call from 3rd Avenue.

Roger Lee Wells, 60, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 5:13 a.m. Sunday on 3rd Avenue.

A 16-year-old was arrested on charges of MIP and juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 6:42 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Avenue about a girl who looked drunk walking around with no shoes.

Officers investigated a 1:28 p.m. Sunday call from a 2nd Street business about a stolen 1999 maroon Chevrolet Blazer.

Officers investigated a 4:11 p.m. Sunday call from a 2nd Street West business about a possible attempted break-in.

Jesse Shane Valdez, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 5:34 p.m. Monday call from 10th Street West about a possible domestic disturbance in progress.

Officers investigated a 6:07 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about the complainant’s grandson running away.

Officers investigated an 8:53 p.m. Monday call from Lincoln Avenue about a found wedding ring.

Andrew Robert Krezlak, 36, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after an officer investigated a disturbance at 11:07 p.m. Monday on Lincoln Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 6:23 a.m. Saturday call from Bitterroot Trailer Court about people getting into the calling party’s house.

Natalie Faith Lamere, 55, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies responded to a 1:53 p.m. Saturday call.

Deputies investigated a 7:55 a.m. Sunday call from a 2nd Street West business about a break and enter.

Deputies investigated a 6:24 p.m. Monday call from Sawmill Gulch about a cabin door being kicked in.

Deputies investigated a 9:46 p.m. Monday call from another cabin at Sawmill Gulch about a cabin door being kicked in.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, two calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and two calls Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 1900 Block of 5th Avenue at 8:36 a.m. Saturday to address a gas odor. They investigated, but couldn’t find a gas leak
