Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 12:04 p.m. Monday call from 7th Street about a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of “other—traffic crime,” a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and violating restrictions of traffic education learner’s license and Jordan James Normandy, 21, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:04 p.m. Monday on 11th Street.

Officers investigated a 4:54 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about the complainant’s house being broken into and a money bag being stolen.

John Robert McClenaghan, 48, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 7:03 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Street about a man in a striped shirt and jeans lying in an alley by the garbage can.

Officers investigated an 8:30 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Street about a woman the calling party had a restraining order against who kept driving past her house.

James Richard Lammerding, 50, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal contempt and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after responding to an 11:24 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station where the complainant wanted her boyfriend removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Nathan Keith Washington, 20, of Havre was served a warrant on a charge of contempts for which a justice of the peace may punish after deputies served it to him at the Hill County Detention Center at 8:44 a.m. Monday.

Deputies investigated an 8:55 a.m. Monday call from Beaver Creek Park about a cabin that was found vandalized Aug. 30.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday.

Animal Shelter

An orange male cat with a red collar, a black and white male cat and a tan and white male corgi were placed in the shelter.

Births

A boy was born to Zavion D’alexander Wolfchild and Jerason Louis Oates Aug. 31, 2015.
