Kristopher Alan Chapman, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 12:22 p.m. Friday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated a 2:32 p.m. Friday call about sex offenses.

Officers investigated a 5:46 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a motor vehicle crash.

Jesse Lee Schoening, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary, assault on a minor, assault, trespass and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 9:10 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street Northeast about a man going to the calling party’s house and not leaving.

Miximino S. Luis Antonio, 21, of Logansport, Indiana, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and speeding after an officer pulled him over at 1:33 a.m. Saturday on 1st Street.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and probation violation, two other 17-year-olds were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations and Trea Lynn Nault, 31, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:14 a.m. Saturday on 10th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 9:23 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West establishment about drug offenses.

Officers investigated a 1:06 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Street about a woman running into a construction trailer, telling the calling party she would be back and then driving off.

Officers investigated a 2:38 p.m. Saturday call from 14th Street West about the calling party’s daughter running away.

Chan Bigknife, 43, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of failure to register as a sexual or violent offender and disorderly conduct after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 8:18 p.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a complaint made by a woman at 10:40 p.m. Saturday who said a group of four boys walking around outside her 4th Street residence might be “up to no good.”

Jason Skidmore, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of open container in a Havre alley at 11:24 p.m. Saturday.

A woman on 5th Street called officers at 8:21 a.m. Sunday to report a small wallet containing a Social Security card was stolen from her pickup.

Officers were called to the scene of a crash outside a 2nd Street business at 12:48 p.m Sunday. The reporting party’s car was hit by another vehicle. Both parties were on the scene.

Gregory Raymond Wilke, 61, of Havre was arrest on a Justice or City court warrant at 1:51 p.m. Sunday outside a 2nd Street business.

Officers investigated a crash involving a tan Chevy blazer outside a 1st Street Northeast residence at 5:13 p.m. Sunday.

A case of possible animal abuse was reported at the Havre Police Department at 5:22 p.m. Sunday.

Officers were called to a 10th Avenue residence 7:09 p.m Sunday after a black dog came into her yard and killed a dog she was watching before taking off.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 2:38 p.m. Friday call from 4th Street North about the calling party’s tattoo equipment being stolen by neighbors.

Deputies investigated an 11:36 a.m. Sunday call near Havre about a rape.

Havre Fire Department

Medical personnel responded to one call Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Fire personnel responded to a haystack fire at 12:47 p.m, Saturday near Fort Assinniboine. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is not known.

Animal Shelter:

A female tan pit bull was turned in to the animal shelter June 18, a male black and brown small mix-breed was turned in to the animal shelter July 20, and a male black and tan terrier-mix was turned in to the animal shelter Aug. 8.
