Regular Agenda

1. Ordinance No. 891 (second reading) — An ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 12, Subsection 1(B), parking zone, and Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 12, Subsection 2, Hours of Enforcement, of the Havre City Code.

2. Ordinance No. 892 (second reading) — An ordinance repealing Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 6(C) of the Havre City Code, regarding parking for a period longer than 24 hours.

3. Ordinance No. 893 (second reading) — An ordinance repealing Title 3, Chapter 4, Section 5(E) of the Havre City Code, utility to provide meters.

4. Resolution No. 3710 — A resolution of the City Council submitting to the qualified electors of the city of Havre the question of authorizing the city to exceed the statutory mill levy Limit provided for in MCA 15-10-420, to fund the cost of reconstructing the streets of the City.

5. Resolution No. 3711 (first reading) — A resolution levying and assessing a tax to defray the cost of maintaining street lights for the city of Havre.

6. Resolution No. 3712 (first reading) — A resolution levying and assessing a tax on property within the city limits to defray the cost of maintaining streets for the city of Havre for fiscal year 2015-2016.

7. Resolution No. 3713 (first reading) — A resolution levying and assessing a tax on property within the city limits to defray the cost of Bull Hook maintains for the City of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016.

8. Resolution No. 3714 (first reading) — A Resolution Levying and Assessing a tax to defray the cost of solid waste services for the City of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016.

9. Adoption of Fiscal Year 2016 Preliminary Budget and setting public budget hearing.

10. Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Festival Days Parade route and assistance request.

11. City Judge Grant update.
