Someone was issued a summons after officers responded to an 8:10 a.m. Friday call from 2nd Street about someone catching a “cat bully” in a live trap.

Officers investigated a 10:42 a.m. Friday call from 10th Street about a two bikes left on the boulevard.

Jeri Ann Bear, 27, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 1:10 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street about a female noncombative shoplifter.

Victor Edward King, 27, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving without insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:22 p.m. Friday on 1st Street.

Logan J. Omlie, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 2:26 p.m. Friday report from Montana Avenue about the complainant wanting to talk to officers about his daughter’s black eye.

Officers investigated a 3:52 p.m. Friday call from Boulevard Avenue about a starter stolen out of a pickup parked in an alley.

Officers investigated a 6:35 p.m. Friday call from Pepin Park on 7th Avenue about a little boy who was found sleeping in the grass.

Officers investigated a 10;18 p.m. Friday call from Boulevard Avenue about harassment from a woman.

Jeffrey Scott Lipp, 47, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a 10:50 p.m. Friday call from Lipp about him bleeding from the ears.

Officers investigated a 11:07 p.m. Friday call from 11th Street about the calling party stating he believed people were in his backyard again.

Jordan David Ratliff, 27, of Fairfield was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and open container and Katelyn Nicole Springer, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of open container after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 2:30 a.m. at a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated a 3:13 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West business about a beer theft.

Officers investigated an 8:11 a.m. Saturday report at the police station about a late 24/7 Sobriety Program checkup.

Officers investigated a 1:48 p.m. Saturday call from Boulevard Avenue about a woman who ran her vehicle into a parked car and had a cut on her forehead.

Robert Alexander McConnell, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violation of conditions of release and on a state District Court warrant after officers responded to a 6:04 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about a man who was driving when he was not supposed to.

Officers investigated a 6:46 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street West about a vehicular hit and run.

Lisa Estell, 51, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 7:28 p.m. Saturday call from 9th Avenue from Estell about her being assaulted by her granddaughter.

Tyler Scott Myers, 27, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of sexual assault after officers responded to a 10:42 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street establishment about men in a verbal altercation that was escalating.

Officers investigated a 4:06 p.m. Sunday call from 11th Street about the calling party finding her garage door open.

Officers investigated a 6:43 p.m. Sunday call from 3rd Avenue about a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated an 8:20 p.m. Sunday call from 4th Street about a woman breaking out windows.

Justin Levi Snell, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to an 8:37 p.m. Sunday call from 14th Avenue about a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated a 10:50 p.m. Sunday report at the police station about the complainant’s 11-year-old daughter sneaking out of her window around 4 p.m. She had not come home yet.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report of a fight at 12:47 a.m. Saturday at a North Havre establishment.

Deputies received a call at 3:21 p.m. Friday, after two women were caught shoplifting. Cayann Lynn Laverdue, 31, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Janessa Janae Cline, 34, of Great Falls was also arrested on one Justice Court warrant and two Justice and City court warrants.

Deputies called to a U.S. Highway 2 business at 5:33 p.m. Friday issued a summons Ashlee Sharrie Koop, 24, of Box Elder on a charge of shoplifting.

A 10:10 a.m. Sunday caller from Fresno reported lawn chairs had been stolen during the night. Deputies are investigating.

After a caller reported seeing a man with a warrant walking on U.S. Highway 2 West at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies arrested Timothy Lee Dennis, 32, of Havre on a Justice or City court warrant and Sharlie Patricia Walter, 28, of Havre on a charge of obstructing justice.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, seven calls Saturday and one Sunday

Animal Shelter

A female tan pit bull was placed in the shelter June 18, a male brown and black small mix breed dog July 20 and a male black and tan Terrier mix.

Births

A boy was born to Alicia Ann Werk and Chase Andrew Cole of Dodson Aug. 8, 2015.

A girl was born Aug. 8, 2015, to Lucita Ordiniza and Adam Michaelis of Havre.
