Officers investigated a 7:46 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about an abandoned BMX bicycle with a flat tire.

Orin Tyler Alexander, 39, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of open container after an officer investigated a 9:39 a.m. Thursday suspicious activity in which a man was passed out on 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a 10:08 a.m. Thursday call from 3rd Street West about a found debit card.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between three vehicles in which one person hit her head on the windshield after responding to a 1:11 p.m. Thursday call from 5th Avenue between 9th and 10th Street.

Edward George Codden, 57, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property after officers responded to a 7:17 p.m. Thursday call from 3rd Street about a man unable to pay his taxi fare.

Officers investigated a 6:45 p.m. Thursday report at the police station about a stolen phone.

Officers investigated a 10:23 p.m. Thursday call from 6th Street and 5th Avenue about someone reporting a vehicle failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Trea Lynn Nault, 31, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 2:27 a.m. Friday call from 2nd Street about dogs barking and someone is walking around the area.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 5:52 p.m. Thursday call from behind a Box Elder establishment about the calling party’s sister’s house being vandalised.

Tyler Cole Favel, 20, of Havre was served a City Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

Peter Justin St. Marks, 42, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 1:02 a.m. on 2nd Avenue East in Box Elder.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Three of the calls were at 1:11 p.m. to the 900 Block of 5th Avenue after a three-way motor vehicle crash in which three people were evaluated. No one was taken to the hospital.
