Havre Police Department

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr., 32, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at 8:36 a.m. Monday at the Hill County Courthouse.

Officers investigated a 10:09 a.m. Monday call from Montana State University-Northern about a 1984 Ford F150’s window being broken into, but the calling party wasn’t sure if anything was stolen.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, 44, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 10:40 a.m. Monday call from a 2nd Street business about a man and woman on a bench drinking.

Officers investigated a 10:53 a.m. Monday report at the police station about the complainant wanting to pursue charges on a case from a couple months prior.

Rayell Little Bird, 24, of North Battleford, Saskatchewan was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 1:27 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about a noncombative shoplifter.

Officers investigated a 6:06 p.m. Monday call from a U.S. Highway 2 East business about a 1998 red Jeep Grand Cherokee that was vandalised.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies issued a summons after a 4:02 p.m. call about a dog being left in a hot vehicle at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Cherise Amorita Allery, 24, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after deputies responded to a 7:14 p.m. call Monday at Bitterroot Trailer Court about a woman who keeps bothering the calling party.

Deputies investigated a 7:42 p.m. Monday call from Crystal Springs Road about the complainant stating someone was cutting her grain illegally.

Deputies investigated a 12:34 a.m. today call from the Hill County Detention Center about a possible drug offense.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 100 Block of 34th Avenue at 10:46 a.m. Monday to address a ruptured water pipe hissing and leaking that had set an alarm off.

Animal Shelter

A tan female pit bull was placed in the shelter June 18 and a brown and black male small mix-breed dog July 20.
