Cory Scott Chamberlain, 50, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the Hospice House in Lewistown.

A memorial service will be held at the Creel Funeral Home Chapel in Lewistown on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. Service and cremation arrangements are under the care of Creel Funeral Home.
