North Central Senior Center, Aug. 3 to Aug. 7

Would you like to be a volunteer? We at the Senior Center are very thankful for the many volunteers who help daily and also during our special events. If you would be willing to share your time and talents, please call 265-5464 or stop at 2 2nd St. West.

Monday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; painting at 1 p.m.

Tuesday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; bingo at 1:15 p.m.

Wednesday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; TOPS at 8 a.m.; cards at 1 p.m.

Thursday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; cards at 1 p.m.; Walmart shopping at 1 p.m.

Friday — Medical transportation is available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., but people must make a request 24 hours in advance. Pinochle — First, Giles Majerus; sedcond, Lois Zinn; third, Diane Andrews; Pinochle, Diane Andrews and Donna Campbell

Wednesday — Hamburger/bun, potato salad, baked beans, watermelon

Thursday — Chicken fried steak, hashbrowns/gravy, sunshine carrots, pudding

Friday — Soup, salad bar, chef’s choice, dessert, milk
