Houle gets 5 years, 8 month

John "Chance" Houle, a former tribal council member at Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation, was sentenced to 5 years, eight months in federal prison.

Federal Judge Brian Morris also ordered Houle to pay back $646,446 he embezzled from the Chippewa Cree tribe in a variety of schemes.
